Over the course of two days in New York City, I worked as a photographer at the 2026 IEEE Laureate Forum and Honors Ceremony—an event bringing together some of the most influential figures in technology and engineering. The assignment required a balance of discretion and precision, documenting everything from intimate moments between laureates to the scale and energy of the gala itself. From keynote discussions to the formal awards presentation honoring pioneers like Jensen Huang, founder and CEO of NVIDIA, my focus was on capturing both the human side of innovation and the prestige of the event. Working in a fast-paced, high-profile environment, I delivered a cohesive visual narrative that reflects not just what the event looked like, but what it felt like to be in the room.
